Functional, beautiful rooms with whirlpool tub. Comfortable and absolutely incredible location just next door to restaurants, coffee shops and sports stores and the centre of town, could not be better.

Professional and attentive staff, helpful service. Incredible rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were nice. Early check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

I had queen room with an en suite bathroom. The staff were attentive and welcoming yet not intrusive.

Its breakfast certainly should have been included.

Clean rooms, awesome bar 🍹, and a great spot to check out a popular resort that's always getting bigger.

The location and the room size

We checked in at 4:30 only to be told our room wasnt ready and they would call us when it was. When we came back to check in no one was at the desk and we waited over 10 more min to be served. Not being able to check in till almost 6 really put a damper in our dinner plans as we had a dog with us and couldnt leave him in the car while we ate. I also wasnt impressed that if you choose to use the kitchen provided they chaged a $25.00 cleaning fee. We will ot go back to this hotel.

Booked a room with a fireplace. A shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries was a plus. The location was great and fantastic, only 5 minutes walk to Village Platter...

Cozy beds and a fireplace make for comfy nights here 🔥. Rooms are big enough, so you never feel cramped. Also, there's good storage space for all your things.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very accomodating. They made the stay!

Carpets were dirty, and the check out process seemed to take a long time especially when there were several rooms checking out at the same time.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent - just a short walk away from Village Platter. We found it in a ski area near to great restaurants. - the attached restaurant serves tasty dishes.

Our queen room was outstanding. the views of the mountain were fantastic. - the location was marvelous for walking around the resort. - the lodge is beautiful and conveniently close to the bar/restaurant, ski lifts, ski hill, and kitchenette.
